DAILY PRE-TASK PLANS
Every crew, every morning: task, hazards, controls, sign-off. Written on paper, kept in the job file. If it isn't planned, it doesn't start.
FULL-TIME SAFETY STAFF
A CSP-credentialed director and three field safety officers who answer to the president — not to project schedules or budgets.
OSHA PARTNERSHIP
Active OSHA Strategic Partnership participant. We invite the inspection. Site-specific safety plans on every project, third-party audited twice a year.
TRAINED, CERTIFIED CREWS
OSHA 10/30, fall protection, confined space, trench competent-person, rigging and signal, first aid/CPR/AED on every crew, silica and lead-safe programs.
SUBCONTRACTOR STANDARD
Trade partners are prequalified on EMR and OSHA history before price is discussed. Our rules apply to everyone inside the fence. No exceptions bought.
