GENERAL CONTRACTING

Full responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality from notice-to-proceed to certificate of occupancy. Lump-sum, GMP, or cost-plus contracts. Weekly owner reports with photo log and cost ledger — every Friday, no exceptions.

In-house architects and engineers under the same contract as the crews. Design decisions priced in real time, permits filed earlier, and no finger-pointing between designer and builder — they share an office.
